Okay, this is how it works.

It MUST be a Two-Headed Giant game.
Each player MUST be using a mono-coloured deck. Size and format doesn't matter, though pure Casual is recommended.
Between the members of each team there MUST be a deck of at least 60 cards that's using cards of both team members colours, called the Synergy Deck.

Quote
For example; if I'm using White and my partners using Blue, the Synergy Deck MUST ONLY CONTAIN CARDS THAT USE BLUE AND WHITE.

When it comes to the draw step, each player draws a card, but only one person can draw from the Synergy Deck per cycle.

Quote
TURN CYCLE
Team One draws from main decks, Player One draws from Synergy.
Team Two draws from main decks, Player Three draws from Synergy.
Team One draws from main decks, Player Two draws from Synergy.
Team Two draws from main decks, Player Four draws from Synergy.

In order to cast Synergy spells and summon Stnergy creatures, a player must use at least two mana sourced from the Synergy deck.
For example; if I wanted to summon {Drogskol Reaver}, I need at least two bi-colour land cards tapped (ie: {Hallowed Fountain} and {Seachrome Coast}). The rest of the mana I can source from my own mana pool or use from my teammates mana pool.

Standard THG rules apply, and there's no banned card list.

What do you guys think?

Oh, and because of the nature of the Synergy Deck, it has to be a pre-built deck. Obviously.

Pretty neat with four players

So to clarify, one person draws two cards in a single turn, one from their deck and one from synergy, and their teammate draws just one?

Yep.
Unless the Synergy deck has nothing but duals, I'd say different colored sleeves should be used for the decks. Seeing as how mana from the deck must be used for casting Synergy spells, a player can easily say one of their normal lands is from the Synergy deck. Does that make sense or am I rambling?

No, that follows. It's actually a good idea.
