I would only use non-participating mod to make a bag-draw... To define who is whose Santa and then send the PMs to each participant to who is he sending... All you need to know is to who are you going to send, nothing else matters, right?

You don't have to write a return address. All that'll happen is the mail can't be returned back to you if there's trouble with the receiving address.
