Face the Hydra-Fog

When the Hydra deals damage at the end of its turn does it count as combat damage? Like can I fog?

I knew that but I wasn't sure if it was like the hydra swinging or not thanks though! :D

I'm playing my pretheros standard Gruul Aggro Bloodrush (Solo) vs it. I beat 5 heads but 6 is almost impossible!!
