I do like -A LOT- but I can't help thinking its a little more Orzhov than Boros. Maybe if you didn't choose how much life you loose (Greed) but it just did a specific amount (Chaotic, random chance), then it would be more redcentric, but I doooooo love it (which proves it's more Orzhov if I love it, haha).

It does seem like its a tad orzhova, but i think it'd really flow as a card. The +ability feeds into her ultimate. She fits into boros lightning helix archetype. She's geared to be the next EDH staple with her burn/utility powers.
