I believe it is, on the stack, still 0/0 as it only scans the graveyard on the battlefields. Correct me if I'm wrong.

It's power and toughness is defined by its ability.  It is always equal to the number of cards in graveyards whether it is in your hand, not he battlefield, or anywhere.
