Trample and Deathtouch

Nylea and Bow of Nylea give you creatures trample and deathtouch. Does that mean I can assign only 1 damage to each blocker and let the rest of the damage go through, even if the blocker is stronger than the attacking creature?

That is correct, trample and death touch are an amazing combo.

Yep it's awesome!! Say you swing with a 4/4 death touch trampler and they block with a 3/3 you assign 1 damage to the blocker and hit the player for the other 3!! It's a great combo!! Through in first strike too!! :D
