I'll try this out.  Quick questions.

What if we don't have multicolor lands in our set.  Or perhaps we even are doing shards how would we go about making. The lands?

Can we have more then just one paragraph of stirrings (because I love a good story )

We don't have to have any reprints if we want right.  And if so, do we have to include the fifth reprint planeswalker. And instead do a defferent version of an old one?

You need Multicoloured lands! I don't care what they do as long as they're ORIGINAL! And yes, you can do that for the walkers and story.

No. Sorry, but most large sets have 5 and this is a small set... Most sets of this size have 2!

Just figured out the white cultures mechanic

And it works with both blues mechanic and greens mechanic very well.

Now to figure out a red mechanic that works with greens mechanic and against whites mechanic and blues mechanic. And a black mechanic that works with blues mechanic and against greens mechanic and whites mechanic....

And have the red mechanic and the black mechanic work together....

That's a realy tall order.....
