Ok cool. Also (I'm very new to EDH) does Uril now cost {2} more to cast?

He only costs two more for each time he has returned to the command zone if you are casting him from the command zone. He has his normal CMC if you're casting from your hand, regardless of how many times he has been returned to the CZ.

Definitely run  {Umbra Mystic} and lots of the totem armor auras to protect Uril from wrath effects. Also {Flickerform}
