In a 60 card deck (optimal} it's usual to run 19-27 lands, depending on curve/colors, and meta. 15 in 77 is just too little. First I'd say cut to 60, then, I'd say 21-23 land should do

Yeah but are you informed of what deck you're going against before you play them?

In most competitive tournaments there are decklists so you can actually find out what people are running beforehand, however you are not allowed to change your mainboard before game 1. It has to be the same to start every Bo3.

OT: 15 lands is very few unless you're running a crazy aggressive deck or a combo deck.

Yep and I've tweaked it to 20 which I believe should work considering nearly all spells and such in it are 1-3 drops. Aside from Sphere and Titan.
Now I just need to buy/get/trade all these cards :/
