Any advice on what I can add, bare in mine I'm on a budget

{Strip Mine} and {Mana Vault} are two powerful old cards that are in the $5.00 range. Both are great in a kaalia deck. One makes sure you out tempo your opponent while beating face with kaalia and friends. The other lets you either cast kaalia a turn early, or a fattie 3 turns early.

 {Akroma, Angel of Wrath} as you can have both Akromas on the field that gets a little scary,  {Akroma's Memorial} gives a bunch of stuff to your creatures two of them being vigilance which keeps them able to block and first strike which works wonders if you also add  {Moonveil Dragon}

{disciple of bolus} works well with big creatures.

{underworld connections} slow, but steady.

{Rakdos the Defiler} to force them to sacrifice half their permanents, while avoiding the trigger yourself by putting it into play and attacking with kaalia's ability
