Not very aware of Modern legality or anything of that nature, but I really want to make a Modern deck based around {bubbling cauldron}.

Any suggestions?

{splinter twin} on {festering newt}.
{bubbling cauldron} on the field}.
{temple bell} and {mind over matter}.
Unfortunately mind over matter isn't legal in modern...

 {Mind Over Matter} is a great card for it but its not Modern legal
