Heroic combo?

Any heroic trigger with {Hidden Strings}. It can target itself twice, for two triggers, and and remained untapped.

Unfortunately, because it's only one spell that's being cast, the heroic only triggers once.

One spell that can target multiple things (given the option to target the same thing twice) doesn't trigger heroic more than once

You can however, have two different heroic things trigger

Well apparently cipher does in fact "cast," so any card you have that triggers from something being cast would be triggered by it
