Question on {Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver};
If my library is left with 2 cards, can my opponent activate Ashiok's ability to remove the top 3 cards of my library, thus removing all of my library?

Yes and you would lose when next you had to draw.

No you cannot.  His ability says "exile the top 3 cards of target OPPONENTS library". You can't exile cards from your own library.

If your opponent only had 2 in his library, yes you can use his ability to exile them.

The questions says "can my opponent activate Ashiok's ability to remove the top 3 cards of my library". He is asking if an opponent can mill his last two cards with {Ashiok, Nightmare Weaver}'s first ability.
