For side I have been thinking {Holy Mantle}, {Gift of Orzhova} and possibly: {Elvish Mystic}, {Ajani, Caller of the Pride}, {Rest In Peace}, {Giant Growth}, {Rootborn Defenses} and/or {Ranger's Guile}.

I would definitely like help with the Sideboard though, I don't have a lot of experience in side-boarding.

That's the game plan, but I don't know where to put him in...Maybe take out 2 {Trollhide}s for it?

I would recommend {Elvish Mystic} over {Sylvan Caryatid}.  It is about the best turn one play you can have, setting you up for either a turn 2 {Fiendslayer Paladin} or turn 2 {Witchstalker}, enchanting on turn 3 and swinging for like 5 lifelink trample hexproof or something like that.

I run {Slyvan Caryatid}s over {Elvish Mystic}s because:
A) it produces any color which helps set up {Fiendslayer Paladin} and {Witchstalker}
B) it evolves the {Experiment One}
C) it has hexproof so I don't have someone {Shock} my mana dork to through off my tempo.
