Next iMtG version (4.6) will support iOS 6.1 and 7+. If you are still on 6.0 or older, please consider upgrade.

Some of the stuff I'm working on:

20/08/2012 added Try Play to Main Menu
23/08/2012 added logical AND, OR and NOT to selections when filtering in Card Database
29/08/2012 added multiadd in Deck Builder
16/09/2012 made Player 1's name survive reset to defaults in Life Counter
24/09/2012 added continuous scanning

I have updated to 4.6. Some of my binders do not have any blank images at the end, and some of them have many blanks at the end (more than before). Using the blank images is how I add cards to a binder, but I know there are other ways too.
The ones that have no blanks at the end are also missing the last few card images. For example, one binder that I know should have 31 images, shows only 28 images and then no blanks.

I would experiment in binder settings, try to fiddle with sorting options.

Use multiAdd in Deck Builder, then scan from the card list.
