New set design competition poll!

I got bored, and started thinking about a contest I could make for you guys, my lamps. (Inside joke.) So, I started browsing the Theros cards and how much I hated them for both of my decks. Then it struck me: Maybe a new set would be nice, for mill. Then I realized, with all the contests going on here and being so AWESOME, I've decided that I'm going to make a contest for you guys, to make a BRAND NEW SET! But then I realized it mightn't go so well... So, I decided: I'll make a poll for it! I'll try to keep this running as long as possible to get an accurate depiction. Here's the tallies below!

Here's how it would go:

It would span from October 20-January 21!
The set must be 149 cards total
It must have only up to 20 reprint cards, and only 1 can be a walker!
It must have a SLIGHT story line- About a paragraph or so.
There must be 5 walkers- 1 reprint, 2 new versions of an old one, and 2 completely new ones!
There must be about 10 cards OF EACH TYPE
There must be 1 land for each colour pairing. They all need to be almost the same, just different colours.
They must be organized, and easy to read in the eMail I get!
And there must be 5 mechanics (at least), each with two colours having it- Only one mechanic may be brought back, and it has to fit with the story!

And those would be the basic rules. Of course, there would need to be some PRETTY AWESOME prizes, so 1st gets something awesome (PM me to ask), 2nd gets the most money card from my coming Theros box (Unless it's Ashiok, that would go to use ), and 3rd gets 4 Theros boosters from my coming box.

Well is each person coming up with their own set Idea? Based on your guidelines.

It's really more cards, but they all need to directly relate. So, everyone is kinda coming up with an idea, but the story is really small.
