Index + Warped Chaos. Use index to put any huge permanent on the top of your library and then use warped chaos on a little guy to bring out the big boys

No, chaos shuffles your library, after that the rest of the spell takes place.  You can't have another spell activate and do it's ability in the middle of another spell.
