You really don't need 4 electrickery, 4 arrows of justice, and 4 celestial flare, instead, maybe 1-2 electrickery, and 3 {lightning strike}?

 {Mizzium Mortars},  {Frontline Medic}, -1 firemane, -2 Aurelia (high cost), -2 battledriver, -2 skirmisher, take out electrickery and arrows of justice (you don't want to wait until your opponent swings in or blocks in combat to do something's bout his creatures, celestial flare is alright cause it's a guaranteed sac)

Also consider  {Imposing Sovereign}.

Take riot control out of sideboard and add in  {Wear // Tear}, you'll need it with this new set.

A good replacement for arrows is the new "spear of heliod" as it's a nice anthem for your creatures and makes it awkward for your opponent to attack.
