Question about my deck

So I recently started playing magic. I bought a 2014 Core Set Fat Pack. I assembled a black and blue deck with what I thought would work. I'd like open criticisms about it please. The deck is on my profile.

I recommend taking out the Staffs and try to get 3 or 4 of each card as opposed to 1 or 2 of most of them. If you go to a card shop most of them sell commons and uncommons for like 10-25 cents a piece. Many places sell rares for like 50 cents with some exceptions. Having multiples of cards will make your deck more consistent.

I couldn't find a direct goal- Id recommend going more ion one thing, and I would recommend a combo of control and either mill or reanimate.
