Qasali Ambusher/Temple Garden?

Would {Qasali Ambusher} trigger with just one {Temple Garden} out, or would you need a second land ? It says a forest AND a plains, {Temple Garden} is both of those, but it's only 1 permanent. Rulings?

Yes, that works, it checks that you have a plains and a forest, not a plains and a different forest. That is a badass t1 though, garden and wait till they swing, lay down a set of those! Would be sick!

No, you only sacrificed one land, but so long as you sac a tomb, you choose which you want it to count for

Actually it's a swamp AND a forest, so doesn't it count for both, since it will check the land for Forest and Swamp, and it had both, so it counts as both? That's my understanding.

10/1/2012   To activate Jarad's last ability, you must sacrifice two lands. It doesn't matter what other land types the two lands have, as long as one is a Swamp and one is a Forest. Even if one of the lands you sacrifice is both a Swamp and a Forest, you have to sacrifice another land that is a Swamp or a Forest.

10/1/2008   Qasali Ambusher's second ability is looking for lands with the subtypes Forest and Plains. Those lands don't need to be named Forest and Plains. It's okay if both subtypes are from the same land (such as Savannah or Temple Garden).
