Time warp

In a multiplayer game say 4 people , if I cast {Time warp}  on an opponent whose turn is not next when does he get to take an extra turn right after me or when eventually it is his turn ?

The extra turn would take place after the current turn, (which would be after yours if you are casting it at sorcery speed)

They take an extra turn after the current turn regardless of turn order. After this extra turn the turn order progresses as it would have if that turn did not happen.
