Enchant creature
Enchanted creatures gets a +3/+3 and becomes monstrous.

When enchanted creature becomes monstrous tap up to 3 target permenants you don't control. (Or some other monstrous ability)

I think this would fit well with Heroic

ok. Yea it does have a lot of uses. But it's a nerfed {seedborn muse} that give creatures flash.

The muse is a control/combo card
And flash is a control mechanic through an through

I think this would fit well with Heroic

I don't think they will make something like, because flavorwise not every creature is monstrous.

However, if they did, I feel like to make it work, it would have to be associated with a lesser evil god that just wanted to cause chaos on the plane.

{Tymaret} is still my vote for strongest card revealed so far. It's two colors are black and red, two of the arguably strongest colors right now in standard. Then, with the amount of token and cheap creatures red produces to be able to reanimate it or burn out your opponent with only 2 mana? Come on. Stupid strong.
