I'd swap out the {civic saber} for something infinitely more useful. Like one of the swords, maybe a {mask of avacyn} or any other equipment that will protect jhoira. Like {lightning greaves} or {swiftfoot boots}

I've noticed that most of ur deck is from newer sets like rtr block or modern masters u should check out some of the older sets like zendikar or time spiral

[Gorzo]

{Heartstone}, {Training Grounds}, {Jhoira's Timebug}, and {Paradox Haze} are all a must for Jhoira in my opinion.

I'm also a big fan of {Reality Strobe} with her deck. With Paradox Haze and the Timebug both in play, you can bounce every turn with it, which is super fun.
