What's the difference between {Preordain} and {Serum Visions}. Three card advantage instead of 2.  But with one you get to choose what you draw...

What's the question? And look  {Preordain} is banned in Modern, {Serum Visions} is not. Preordain is just simply unreal and serum is simply good.

There's big difference, namely the order! One you must draw first, the other you draw after the reordering of top cards. Preordain is my choice.

{Preordain}, {Ponder}

Two amazing cards that are banned because they thought control is to powerful.  I think it is time to bring them back.  Along with JtMS (I wish)...
