Holy crap. Okay, at first I was skeptical about this whole thing, I gave it a "wrong place/wrong time" kind of attitude. But after reading all of these stories and especially the PM sent to Validan regarding the strike, I have major doubts. After putting up this thread and threatening to involve the authorities, he almost immediately put up his own thread about returning cards and allowing others to keep "what was sent". You guys obviously scared him, but I would not be fooled by any new users asking for large trades.

I don't think we should let something like this slide. Okay, so the heartfelt story of a passing father seemed legitimate, I believed it. But then he personally said that he HAD NOT sent out ANY cards yet. That he was waiting to get back into town to do so. Okay, sure, that makes sense, but wait, what? There's a ton of stuff that does NOT add up. Why is it that some users have SPECIFIC dates as to when their cards were "sent out"? He said he did not send ANY... I did not want to get involved, I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this smells like some MAJOR Bull to me! He came this close    to rippin off XFatal for around $500.00 worth of cards! That is stupid! I really think we should do something, this sickens me.

It's true. I even have them all packaged, and I even included a few foil rares for good measure. It's really disgusting that someone would do that. If it weren't for the warning threads, I would've shipped them the day after the threads were posted!

Out of the bag I've been trying to confirm if this is the same Joey that a friend of mine knows about.  My friend knows one of joeys ex friends and my friend said that the ex friend said he is a liar and all his cards are stolen.  So I had my friend text this guy to see if the last name matched up and other stuff we know about him but his ex friend hasn't responded.  So who's to say if a guy pulling something like this would even use his real name and if the Joey hes thinking of is our Joey.

Either way when he said all his cards are stolen I was like how could someone steal so many cards.  But I guess were getting a first hand experience right here.
