Yes. It's pretty nasty, especially if you can get the Vexing 1st turn and driver out before turn 4, only because a 4/3 turn 4 won't worry too many people.

Something else to think about is a way to pick up the driver and have most of your creatures be 2 or lower cost.
I also agree with putting in {voice of resurgence}, only problem is price. It would be pretty sick deck.
