Actually {Storm Crow} doesn't need Shroud or {Giant Growth} or whatever, when he enters the battlefield you get to exile your opponent

What if they do an infinite combo and make an 1000000000000000002/1000000000000000000/2?  Then you need the {giant growth}.  Shroud limits your options.

Umm....he's got flying, Pro everything, doublestrike, vigilance, undestructable, vigilance, shroud...I don't think he'd have any problems in combat...
