Also, doesn't 1-drop usually imply a permanent?

"Drop" is just used in the place of "CMC", so it could theoretically be a permanent or a spell, as long as it has a converted mana cost of 1.

I don't know if this one has been mentioned, but {Sensei's Divining Top} is pretty baller! Also btw library of alexandria is a 0-drop it is awesome though. It alone combos with {Mind Over Matter}!!!
