Jeleva EDH

I had an idea for an EDH based on the new commander, Jeleva, coming out in the new commander set this November that works with her ability to cast instants or sorceries exiled with her for free, but all I've really done is pick out all the copy spells and a few big spells that I could play for free with her ability. Any ideas to contribute guys? All help would be great.

I've never heard of this card, is it Theros? And how did you learn about it?

It's coming out in the new commander set, Commander 2013, on November 1st. Just look up commander 2013 spoilers and it'll be there. So far only it and one other card have been spoiled.
