According to the tournament rules those alters are legal, but it depends from judge to judge... It is always up to him... But I had never envountered problem during FNM or GameDay...:) I played few of my alters on last GPT and judge approved them for tournament but on bigger tournaments could happen that some judge could deny them...

Anyway I value both on 16$ a card plus shipping cost to US...
