So what?  If someone comes on and starts calling people names and saying terrible things they've done to someone else's mother, what are we supposed to do?  As a community, I mean. Karma is a way for people as a whole to try to get a nonverbal message across; telling the person that they're stupid, or trolling, or being a dick, or whatever.  People like to get in fights.  If person A makes a stupid post and person B calls them on it, person A will likely try to argue and make a scene. Karma lets people anonymously tell others to knock it off. You could be at -999 karma and you will never be physically harmed. If you get a bunch of negative karma and get depressed and cause yourself harm, whose fault is that?  Yours, not the person that have you karma. Jeez, I need to quit ranting on here.

Tl;dr:  Karma works fine. Stop saying its bad or dumb or whatever. Seriously 😓

I'm not saying I have a problem with this but how is somone -1ing your trade binder with no explanation earned.

it wasn't, it is an example of the random karma that flies around, but a -1 on a theory that I find fault with and don't think is beneficial to anyone is mine to give and most assuredly earned.

How does negetive karma harm someone? Please explain this to me.

In the end Karma is just a number. So it'd be really weird if some guy gave up iMTG bc someone just gave him a negative karma

And even still that doesn't reflect harm in any way

They don't give a crap about it.  It is a number that doesn't matter.  Now let this wisdom sink into you as you run off to your new life.  A life filled with numbers that don't mean anything.  The way it should be.

People just resent that philosophy, so we decided we might drill it in whenever these topics came up.
