If its going to enchantment heavy block, I bet we see a reprint or functional reprint of {Mesa enchantress} or {verduran enchantress}

239/264 is the number on the bottom.  The second number is equal to the number of cards in the set.

It's a fake because that number is wrong

That's unfortunate

Dudecore

Hall of Oaths is a sort of enchantment version of {Academy Ruins}. I don't see why it wouldn't be a possibility for that card to be real...if not for the set number thing.

Hey guys, what if each God has it's own unique enchantment  ?!
Like: White God could be

Enchanted creature gets +2/+6 and gains Lifelink and Vigilance and has "Whenever a White spell is cast, you may gain 1 life
{W} This creature gets +0/+1 until end of turn"

Blue God could be

Echanted creature gets +2/+3 and gains Flying and Hexproof and has "Whenever a Blue spell is cast, you may have target opponents put the top card of their library in their graveyard
{U} Draw a card, then discard a card"

Red God

Enchanted creature gets +5/+1 and gains Haste and First Strike and has "Whenever a Red spell is cast, you may have enchanted creature deal 1 damage to target creature or player
{R} This creature gets +1/+0 until end of turn"

Green God

Enchanted creature gets +4/+4 and gains Trample and Shroud and has "Whenever a Green spell is cast, you may have target creature get +1/+1 until end of turn
{G} Add {2} to your mana pool"

Black God

Enchanted creature gets +3/+3 and gains Deadtouch and Intimidate and has "Whenever a Black spell is cast, you may have target creature get -1/-1 until end of turn
{B} Regenerate this creature"

Sorry, i know it's long but.....well....it's fun making cards 😊

I actually really like that idea. They'd be legendary enchantments though, otherwise if you had a playset on the field it'd be way OP'd.

You could compliment them with Shrines to those gods, though, that are a less powerful version of those enchantments.

Agrus Kos, Enforcer of Truth

I am thinking maybe the gods will be enchantment creatures, if you look at the spoiler art for Theros the god's body is half sunken into the earth and he looks almost ethereal.

I think Gods are going to be summoned into the command zone. For awhile they were experimenting with the Vanguard format, it didnt work out. I've a feeling that they'll have alternate casting costs (tied to a series of enchantments or something), then be summoned into the command zone. Once they're in the command zone, they'll likely act like vanguard cards and be able to interact with things on the battlefield, change your hand size, adjust your life total, ect.

Vanguard's another card game floating around.

Vanguard cards??

http://www.wizards.com/magic/tcg/productarticle.aspx?x=mtg/tcg/vanguard/productinfo

The format is no longer supported by Wizards. But the Vanguard cards START in the command zone. However the Gods would have to be added to the command zone after, from there they can do vanguard-y things.

All-Mana Mania

I think it'll be like, you can only cast this good if you have x y enchantments. Y is the color

Birdbrain

What if the alternate cost is you can cast them for free if you control so many of this color permanent.

Like a 6 CMC green creature that you can cast for free if you control 5 or 7 green permanents or something like that. Sorta like the {force of will} mechanic tweaked for the small mono-colored theme

Spikepit

Both of those are silly and I want a play set of each, thank you.
