If I have 2  {Rhox Faithmender} and I play  {Angel's Mercy} how much life do I gain, 28 right?

You gain 28, I think. {Angel's mercy} gives you 7, and double {Rhox faithmender} gives you x4 health, so 7x4=28

Arbitratur

28 is the correct answer, they stack so it's 7x4=28, if you had three it would be 7x8=56,  {Rhox Faithmender} is one of my favorite cards!

I have a semi good mono white life gain that has 2{rhox faithmender}s and its great especially with {golden glow moth} and {aegis angel}

Wally

It's even better with {thragtusk} and  {Vault of the Archangel} :)

Run 4  {Rhox Faithmender}! Sooo good! Aside from his awesome ability, he also has high enough toughness to usually stay alive

There never was green in it

The correct way to do this math is 7x2x2=14x2=28

The first rhox multiplies the life gain and hands it to the second rhox that doubles it again.

Six in one hand, half dozen in the other, it doesn't HAVE to be done that way, a lot of ways to get to the same answer, it's just math

Wally

Yes and no. It's actually about triggers resolving and in what order.

Arbitratur

Well if you want to get technical then yes, in regards to his question though I would say it doesn't matter

Gorzo

Magic rules always want to get technical ;) the more you understand about the rules and the way they really work, the more it benefits you as a player. Getting technical might help someone understand something grander than the question at hand, which is why Kaleo posted it. Just in case it helps someone learn about how triggers and the stack work
