I went to a tournament and I faced a golgari deck that gave my mono green deck a run for its money. Game 3/3 he had me down to 2 life and he was at 15. He had a 4/3 and I had an elf an the new garruk on board. I top decked another garruk I then used my garruks plus one and few a world spine wurm scavenging ooze and thragtusk. I then dry casted garruk and used his -3 to cast the wurm free.  2 turns later I had 17 life (scaveging ooze) and he was down to 0.

I thought walkers had summoning sickness when they entered the battlefield

Only creatures have summoning sickness.

302.6.: A creature's activated ability with the tap symbol or the untap symbol in its activation cost can't be activated unless the creature has been under its controller's control continuously since his or her most recent turn began. A creature can't attack unless it has been under its controller's control continuously since his or her most recent turn began. This rule is informally called the "summoning sickness" rule.

This includes artifact creatures and anything that turns into a creature

Also I had to obviously sacrifice the other garruk that wa on the battlefield

Watching a two headed giant prerelease match the teams were neck and neck. Things dying left and right until one team could easily win next turn.  Their opponents looked at each other and one went "I know what we need" he then punched te dec and top decked and played rise of the dark realms. Followed by congregate. Then followed by opponent scoop.

What's the deal with punching the deck?  I had someone do that recently. He had to miracle a bonfire to stop me, so he slapped/punched the top of the deck.  Unfortunately for him, it didn't help any lol

It's summoning the needed cards to the top of your deck. It's juju. Plain and simple.

I want to whisper in someone's ear, "This isn't Yugio....there is no such thing as 'heart of the cards'". :)

Untrue, believe in the heart of the cards and you will always win :P

I was at a draft and my opponent pulled out the flyer for 2 that makes your flying spells cost 1 less to cast, and I thought to myself "gee I really hope my next card is my only kill spell in my entire deck, {doom blade}". And believe it or not, my next card was in fact {doom blade}
doesnt it cost four?

Lol I always think of that guy topdecking a {Bonfire of the Damned} against Brian Kibler and watching Kibler's face as he looks over to.... I think it was LSV?

I was playing aggro vs aggro with one of my buddies slowly whittling down each others life. I was at 2 while he was at 8. After my friend was tapped out with his creatures, not believing I was going to be able to kill him this turn (which honestly I didn't think I was going to be able to win either). After untapping my strangleroot with his undying counter on him I drew a {thunderous wrath}. The ONLY card in my deck that would've allowed me to win. Miracle cards DO save your life sometimes! Needless to say, that's when the profanities started flying haha
