I have run Gisela before, she is too expensive to play in a competitive standard, at least at my LGS. There you better have crazy combos and a lot of money cards or be fast. Let's just say I don't want to spend too much...

 {Celestial Flare} for bant hex.  {Renounce the Guilds} for bant hex and if an opponent plays {Assemble the Legion}. Also  {Pillar of Flame} is nice.  {Pithing Needle} really helps against planeswalkers and  {Ætherling} and  {Olivia Voldaren}
