Seems good.

More burn. You don't really have a win condition. I'd reccomend more izzet burn and boros aggro, and SPLASH in control.

With the sphinx's righteous and jace, you shouldn't have any problem getting to your {ætherling}s.  just don't play them until you have 7 or 8 mana open, so you can blink him if your opponent try's to do something to it.

You could use some more shocks and checks, but that takes the price of the deck up.  Maby add in 1 or 2 {mutavault} so you can use your lands to attack if all else fails.

Lingering souls isn't in his colors. There's a better instant speed version of souls that lacks the black flashback. Either way, they'd both be bad in this deck.

Narrow down a win condition.

I would say first and foremost you should keep your deck at 60 cards, it will be much more consistent
