i have a copy of {Master of Cruelties} and i want to build a deck around him but idk wat a good commander would be im ok with adding colors to the {R}{B}

I suggest {kaalia the vast}.

Because master's ability triggers at the end of declare blockers step and not as an attacks trigger the card does not need to be declared as an attacker for them to go to 1 life. Because he is a demon he can be cheated in by kaalia for free and in time to his ability to trigger and Kaalia will deal the remaining damage to kill them if they have no blockers available.

But {master of cruelties} has to attack alone doesnt it? :/

No. It only needs to be declared by itself during the declare attackers step. Because kaalia triggers on attack and the card is cheated after that step you can attack with both. MoC's second ability triggers after the declare blockers step
