Building a {U}{G}{B} deck

Looking for help building a  {U}{G}{B} deck, I have the generals I want down to either  {Vorosh, the Hunter} for +1/+1 counters or {Damia, Sage of Stone} with the built in free {Necropotence}. Opinions? And any ideas for the rest of the deck would be appreciated.

I'm a big fan of {Damia, Sage of Stone}, myself. She goes so well with mana ramping, and then refills your hand when you ramp into her steep mana cost. And the card advantage she gives you is more likely to fish out a win than the combat damage from Vorash will (usually). Vorash is great as a smasher, don't get me wrong, but the Johnny in me is in love with the versatility and possibilities that Damia has to offer.
