It probably might be like a {phantom flock} only when a counter is removed, you can pay a certain amount of mana (probably 4 or more) to add two counters

-2 make every opponent switch decks with each other and play with decks upside-down
-4 target opponent throws a cream pie at another target player (the player cannot be you)

So I've been google scouring for days now and haven't found this new card type or way of casting or whatever this new thing is that was mentioned around page 4 or so. Anyone know anymore or have a link for me?

Then again I could have completely fabricated that in my misinterpretation or wrong recollection...

A lot of people think that because Theros is more enchantment heavy and MaRo said they are bringing back one thing from Future Sight enchantment creatures will be returning. {Lucent Liminid} is the only enchantment creature ever printed and is in Future sight.
