Having either a full playset of {Noble hierarch} or {Deathrite shaman} will speed up the deck alot it lets you play all your spells a turn earlier which is huge turn 4 {Thundermaw hellkite} is so much better than turn 5. Not to mention turn 3 {Elspeth the knight errant}

^This. I'd lean towards Deathrite, since he gives you another main deck graveyard hoser and gives you access to all of your colors, instead of just green and white from the hierarch. Could just cut a hierarch for a deathrite...
