Since Malfy-kins makes you dump your hand, cards that work with that (Hellbent mechanic, {Sire of Insanity} could be pretty handy.

Stuff that helps you get back what you have to dump is nice, too. {Sheoldred, Whispering One} or other reanimation effects, for example.
