You can activate {spellskite}s ability but it won't change the target of {deceiver exarch} because {spellskite} is an illegal target. However, {pestermite}s ability makes {spellskite} a legal target and can stop that one.

Ha! Sorry for the confusion. I too know it from the pestermite combo breaker. Didn't read the others properly. :/

You can also screw up Kiki jiki with {Sudden Shock}.

{Stifle} works too.

So does {Imposing Sovereign} or {Blind Obedience} - to a degree. The combo still goes off but all of those hasted tokens that are supposed to kill you enter tapped, and are exiled at the end step so they can't get you next turn. However, the Kiki jiki combo can be activated in response to their opponent't end step (so he will have those tokens there for his own untap step), or he may simply use {Village Bell-Ringer}, like I do ;)
