Lambholt Elder

So, I just started playing with a blue/green deck I built and I threw in {lambholt elder} . I have lots of other creatures with evolve, so do my lesser powered creatures evolve when Lambholt Elder transforms to Silverpelt Werewolf as though a new creature entered the battlefield?

Transforming and entering the battlefield are two different things, which is why {huntsmaster of the fells} is worded as such.
