Flaky may not cause stealing, but I feel wasting someone's time excessively should be a crime. Kirby wasted my time by proposing a trade for over a month, kept saying, "I sent it, oh, I feel guilty ill send you more cards, wait it got returned, I messed up on zip code....still want trade? Oh ok ill send it again etc etc"

ever since I brought it up, he hasn't posted here on that user name since, I think this needs to get called out more in trading. Why should I wait over 2 weeks for a trade? First class international mail from Canada comes within 2 weeks no problem. Shouldn't take 3 weeks to send something halfway across America.

If you lag on sending at least be truthful.
