What's the win condition? And what about non combat damage?  Also, {Skullcrack} would ruin this whole deck's concept.

The elixirs mixed with howling mine/font of mythos/rites are the win condition. Super slow mill. As for {Skullcrack}, definitely add counters.  {Silence} could be pushed to sideboard, and {Cryptic Command}, {Dissipate}, {Remand}, etc should be main deck.  I'd also drop 2 {Font of Mythos}. It's a decent start, but careful taking something like that to an event. Time limits are a real thing!

I'd suggest dropping the  {Angelsong} and adding  {Angel's Grace}. That should take care of the unlikely  {Skullcrack}. I love this deck idea for casual play!

My friend is also playing turbo fog.
He has won some modern fnms in my home town with it.
He play's playset  {Leyline of Sanctity} in main board for shut down melira, scapeshift, rdw {Liliana of the Veil}, {Thoughtseize}.
Remove silence for them it's much worse.
Also you don't need the elixirs because they'll draw their cards first with howling mine and you don't play fetch lands or other search effects. I think you need 4 more fog cards because 12 is a little bit to low.
