I played my friend tom in a commander match yesterday and 2 games were ended by him dealing infinite damage.  what is everyones fastest infinite damage/lifegain combo so i can kill him next time before he can even say "instant speed"

I went infinite on turn 5 without {sol ring} in my {oona, queen of fae} edh.

{basalt monolith}
{sensei's divining top}
Rings copies the untap on monolith for infinite mana then copies top for infinite draw. Then I hit a {turnabout} to untap my lands to give me access to colors so i could use oona or {mind over matter} + {temple bell} for game.
