They aren't really common but they're at my Walmart. My girlfriend grabbed another for me not knowing my mistake, and I got a foil {Savageborn Hydra}. Wow.

My LGS puts together "grab bags" from random singles. They can be from any set that ever existed. They are usually about 20-25 cards, and cost $2. I've gotten a {Plateau}, foil {Snapcaster Mage}, and a {Liliana of the Veil}.
