My first actual EDH deck. Haven't really sunk much into it. It does ok, I guess. I know I'm missing some things like {Worldly Tutor}, {Woodfall Primus}, etc. help appreciated!

{Garruk Wildspeaker} is a must for Om-Nom decks.

I always like to recommend {Upwelling} for Omnath decks - it's a safety net, protecting your built up mana pool should Omnath get hit by a {Terminate} or {Wrath of God}.

And of course {Lightning Greaves} and {Whispersilk Cloak} to shroud him is always nice, and the unblockable from the cloak turns him into a short clock.

Awesome!  Thanks!  I'm thinking:
-1 {Frontier Guide}
-1 {Primal Surge}
-1 {Call of the Wild}
-1 {Essence Warden}
+1 {Lightning Greaves}
+1 {Whispersilk Cloak}
+1 {Garruk Wildspeaker}
+1 {Upwelling}

Seems good, though I'd personally keep {Frontier Guide} (repeatable) and cut {Borderland Ranger} (one-time), but that's more personal preference than anything. Ranger is more mana efficient, I just like the option of being able to do stuff more than once :P

Silent1236

Ha!  Makes sense!  I've just found that I get her out, then have other things to play t4.  But it does make more sense. I'll swap 'em!

Silent1236

-1 {Birthing Pod}
-1 {Primal Growth}
+1 {Green Sun's Zenith}
+1 {Doubling Cube}

Gorzo

Totally forgot about Doubling Cube. That card is nutty lol

Millionlittlee

No {primeval Titan}?  Or am I blind lol

Evolving wilds in mono green?

It's a technique called Deck Thinning. Essentially, it allows you run effectively 1 less card in your deck (as that evolving wilds pulls out a forest, leaving your library with 1 less card in it than it would normally have). By having 1 less card in your deck by doing this, it (very slightly) mathematically increases your odds of drawing any other single card at any given time (1 in 99 chance is mathematically better than a 1 in 100 chance)

Silent1236

And it helps with landfall triggers ({Khalni Heart Expedition}, {Rampaging Baloths}, etc)  It isn't really that important.  More of a "it's there, I'm going to just throw it in" kinda deal

Why no utility lands? {rogue's passage} {khalni garden}
