Best standard deck

Very good analyses everyone, based on your input its down to Naya and Jund. I'm currently running junk rites and it seems ok, but gets smashed by aggressive decks. So I was wondering what to try next to get more consistent wins.

You realy just have to get lucky agaist naya blitz or new naya aggro, other aggro decks are easy.

Jund midrange is good agaist the new naya decks, they just server the bloodline and pillar of flame strangler root, and voice, and play just
Take control with other removal spells, Olivia, garruk and win.

I think it's more appropriate to say there's no best deck in the format RIGHT NOW.  There are several "best decks" though, as there are several archetypes that have been topping the charts for several weeks.  We've mentioned most of them already.  In no particular order:

The Aristocrats (Act II and Junk)
Naya Aggro
Naya Midrange
Naya Blitz
Junk Reanimator
W/U/R Control
Bant Hexproof
Jund Midrange

All of these decks are doing well in tournaments.  I do think that, going forward, Jund has the most room to grow but it will depend heavily on what new cards are release in Theros block.
