What are the new m14 rules? Planeswalkers? Legendary? I want to know. I can not look it up:( no Internet:( only phone which is data bound and really slow.. Thank you.

1) Legend rule change. As it is right now, if you control an {Obzedat, Ghost Council} and I play one, both will be sent to the greaves as a state based action. With the new rules, its quite different. It's now changed so each player can only control one legendary with the same name.

Example: You control an {Obzedat, Ghost Council} and I play one. Nothing happens, since both of us only control one.

Lets say I have one Obzedat on the field, and I play another. Instead of both going to the graveyard, only one does, and I choose which one stays alive.

2) Planeswalker uniqueness rule. Same thing as legendary rule, but with Planeswalker subtypes. Each player can control one.

3) Sideboard rule change. Previously, you're sideboard had to be 15 cards, and you could swap out cards in between games on a one-for-one basis. With the new rule, your main deck is still sixty or more cards but your sideboard is now up tofifteen cards. Additionally, you are not required to swap cards between your main deck and sideboard on a one-for-one basis. For Games 2 and 3 (and so on), as long as your main deck is sixty or more cards and your sideboard is no more than fifteen cards, you're good.

4) Indestructible is now a keyword.

5) Unblockable is definitely not a keyword...still.

6) Land playing change. You now have to keep track of your allotted land plays per turn, and that's how many you get.

Example: You used to be able to play {Oracle of Mul Daya} and keep bouncing her for repeated extra land plays. This isn't the case anymore. While she's on the field, you get one extra, if she leaves and comes back, nothing happens, since she already have you an extra land play this turn.

And here's the example from the article:

You start your precombat main phase while controlling {Oracle of Mul Daya}. You have two land plays. You play a land. Then the Oracle is returned to your hand, so you again have one land play, and it's been used. You recast {Oracle of Mul Daya}, and you have two land plays again, one of which you've used. You can now play a second land.

And there you go! Those are the rules changes that are going to be applied. These changes will be effective July 13, the day of the M14 prerelease.

You and our opponent can both have the same legendary creature in play. Also, if you come under control of a legendary and already have one of the same under your control, instead of both dying at the same time, you decide which one does and which one stays.
Ex: Both players can control a {Griselbrand}. If you cast another {Griselbrand}, you decide which one goes to the graveyard.

Similar with PWs now. You and your opponent can both have a PW of the same type in play. If you control a PW and then cast another of the same type, you decide which one stays and which one dies.
Ex: Both players can control a {Jace, Architect of Thought}. You cast {Jace, Memory Adept} and then decide which Jace goes to the graveyard.

Edit: Keyeto'd! Oh hey, I've been plying Fallout 3 for a week now. I'm obsessed with it. It's so good. I just realized what your avatar is, Key.

Does the land rule change make  {Unexpected Results} a really bad cars?

Nope, that card is fine. Any form of mana ramp that lets you put land into play is fine. The rule only has an effect on "you may play an additional land" effects.
